Stella Maris, a traditional festival
Port du Cros-de-Cagnes
Dimanche 2 juin à 17h40

Cros-de-Cagnes residents are no strangers to celebrations!

After the opening of the “Mai” festival at Haut-de-Cagnes, it’s the turn of Le Cros to close the “Mai” festival.

Stella Maris is first and foremost a traditional celebration of the sea and the fishermen of Cros-de-Cagnes.
The program includes a maritime and pedestrian procession, with a dozen boats forming the main procession, accompanied by visitors’ boats. Pedestrians can follow the land parade from the port to St. Peter’s church.
The “Alliance” and “Atelier 55Z” choirs will perform traditional songs along the procession route, then on the church forecourt to the accompaniment ofaccordion, saxophone and clarinet.
