From Friday November 7 to Monday November 11, the Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur will host the 32nd edition of the Salon du Palais Gourmand. Nearly 250 exhibitors from all over France will be on hand for a veritable tour de France of flavors: wines and champagne – beers and spirits – seafood and river products – foie gras and regional specialties – cured meats – cheeses – chocolates – Douceurs du Palais.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet winemakers and producers directly, taste their products free of charge and compare and buy the specialities on offer on the spot.
