The city of Cagnes-sur-Mer and its partners are developing a proactive policy aimed at welcoming people with reduced mobility and the disabled by offering a number of facilities specially dedicated to them.

For any information, contact the Tourist Office at 04.93.20.61.64 – certified “Tourism and Handicap” (downtown and Cros-de-Cagnes branches) for motor, visual, auditory and mental handicaps.

Transportation and parking

The network Ligne d’ Azur has adapted buses on several of its lines: don’t hesitate to contact them by phone at 08.10.06.10.06 or on the website www.lignedazur.com

Mobil Azur is a public transportation service for people with reduced mobility in the Nice Côte d’Azur metropolis. Tel : 08.05.20.06.06

Cagnes-sur-Mer has about 150 free parking spaces reserved for G.I.G and G.I.CThese are spread throughout the town (see the pictogram on the town map), including spaces located less than 20 m from each Tourist Office with easy access for PRMs.

We advise you to make an appointment by phone with the Sports Department for a better management of your reception. A choice of free activities every Saturday during school time.
Saturdays: wheelchair dance from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at the Colette Besson sports complex, swimming from 3 to 4 pm at the municipal pool.

Handi-Plage

Rue du Capitaine de Frégate H. Vial (between the port-abri du Cros-de-Cagnes and the Centre Loisirs Jeunesse): launching chairs (including a “tiralo”), duckboards, assisted bathing, 5 GIC – GIG parking spaces, first-aid station, adapted toilets and showers.
