Garden rendezvous program

Friday, May 31: As part of the 21st edition of the “Rendez-vous aux jardins”, under the theme: The five senses in the gardenThis year, 25 final-year students from the Lycée Renoir in Cagnes-sur-Mer, specializing in the visual arts, supervised by their SVT and visual arts teachers and the librarian, carried out visual research (observation drawings, photographs, etc.) on five plant species in the Jardin Renoir: olive trees (trees over a hundred and a thousand years old), sour orange trees, lime trees, the Renoir rose (now extinct, but photographs still exist) and vines.

On Friday May 31, the Renoir Museum will host a video and audio installation showcasing their work. Students will reactivate their high school radio to broadcast texts about the five plant species in the Renoir Garden.
